Tom Lillington
Piano lessons, piano tuning and servicing BFA Music, RCM Piano Gr. 9, CPT Tom took piano and clarinet lessons throughout his childhood. He began teaching piano during his last year of high school. He studied composition at York University where he also discovered a love for choral singing. He has been Music Director and Composer for Driftwood Theatre productions of Shakespeare's plays since 2002.He has been a member of the Nathaniel Dett Chorale, and a frequent singer for The Elora Festival Singers and The Elmer Iseler Singers. Tom is a certified piano technician. He has been tuning and repairing pianos for almost two decades. Gillian Stecyk
Voice, beginner piano BA Music, RCM Piano Gr. 8, York University Teacher Candidate (2015-2018) Gillian began piano lessons at the Royal Conservatory of Music under May B. Kelly Kirby at 5 years old and continued up until her admission to York Univeristy's faculty of Music. She studied both classical and jazz voice at York, as well as contemporary piano improvisation. Gilliian began teaching voice and piano upon completion of her music degree. She has taught singing at Elaine Overholt's prestigious Big Voice Studio. She is currently studying bel canto singing technique under the guidance of Dr. Mary-Lou Vetere. |
